Canopy is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their growing team. As an early member of the sales team, you will play a key role in expanding the customer base, developing sales strategies, and working closely with potential clients and partners. Canopy is a fintech startup that aims to democratize access to alternative investments by providing a streamlined and transparent investing experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales
- Experience working in a fast-paced, self-starter environment
- The ability to think outside the box and take initiative
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders
- A deep understanding of customer concerns and ability to troubleshoot as needed
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and thrive in a team setting

Responsibilities
- Lead customer introduction and demo calls
- Coordinate handoff to Customer Success & streamline communication with Ops team
- Design and produce sales collateral
- Support pipeline & lead-generation workstreams
- Collaborate with leadership team to create a comprehensive sales strategy
- Communicate with Syndicate leads to support edge case queries and any product related questions
- Work cross functionally with Finance, Engineering, product, legal, & many others to optimize internal processes and complete deal execution
