Summary

Canopy is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their growing team. As an early member of the sales team, you will play a key role in expanding the customer base, developing sales strategies, and working closely with potential clients and partners. Canopy is a fintech startup that aims to democratize access to alternative investments by providing a streamlined and transparent investing experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, self-starter environment
  • The ability to think outside the box and take initiative
  • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • A deep understanding of customer concerns and ability to troubleshoot as needed
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and thrive in a team setting
  • Confidence to deliver and receive feedback
  • Passion for optimizing existing processes & supporting our growth goals

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer introduction and demo calls
  • Coordinate handoff to Customer Success & streamline communication with Ops team
  • Design and produce sales collateral
  • Support pipeline & lead-generation workstreams
  • Collaborate with leadership team to create a comprehensive sales strategy
  • Communicate with Syndicate leads to support edge case queries and any product related questions
  • Work cross functionally with Finance, Engineering, product, legal, & many others to optimize internal processes and complete deal execution
