Job Description:
Our Senior Account Executive will play a key role in driving new business development within the legal and professional services sector, supporting Elite’s growth and market expansion in the UK. This remote position is ideal for a proactive, results-driven sales professional who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings. The role involves identifying, engaging, and closing new client opportunities, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering tailored business solutions to senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by developing new business across the assigned UK territory.
- Identify and engage prospective clients through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with legal and financial decision-makers at mid-to-large law firms.
- Manage full-cycle enterprise software sales engagements from initial contact through close.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to create effective go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of client pain points, business needs, and industry trends to position Elite’s solutions effectively.
- Accurately forecast and track all sales activities using Salesforce.com.
- Work closely with implementation and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition post-sale.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Law, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5–8 years of experience selling SaaS financial or business applications, ideally to legal or professional services firms
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong ability to self-generate pipeline and effectively manage long, complex sales cycles
- Experience selling to C-level executives and influencing high-stakes buying decisions
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with ROI modeling and value-based selling approaches
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment
- Experience applying structured sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management or similar) is highly preferred
