The Points Guy is the leading expert in award travel with a passion for unlocking trips of a lifetime using points and miles. Through our website, app and social channels, our team of experts provide our users actionable insights and tools that maximize their credit cards, loyalty programs and travel experiences.
We’re looking for a part-time senior AI analyst specializing in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and work as an extension of our existing SEO team.
What you’ll do
- Spearhead strategies to improve visibility on AI platforms including ChatGPT, Perplexity and CoPilot.
- Research and recommend tracking platforms to monitor TPG’s visibility in agentic search and provide actionable insights.
- Help develop AI search best practices and how those coincide with existing SEO best practice.
- Potential expansion into other distribution platforms to identify audiences, such as Reddit and Substack.
What we’re looking for:
- Part-time freelance position for a maximum of 20 hours per week
- Passion for AI and agentic search, including emerging platforms and toolsets to establish trackable KPIs and success metrics in AI
- Foundational SEO knowledge
- Strong data analytics background
- Nice to have: engineering background relevant to LLMs and natural language processing concepts
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in fintech, travel, or loyalty/rewards
- Know your way around credit card rewards or loyalty programs
