Job description.
Huge is looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Data Science and Analytics team in Colombia. As a Senior Analyst, you will analyze data and develop insights around user engagement in order to inform critical product decisions. You’ll partner closely with internal UX and program teams as well as clients to ensure that our teams are measuring success.
What we’d like to see.
- 4-6 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Experience in BigQuery
- Experience working with GA4 and Adobe Analytics
- Experience extracting insights and telling the story.
- Experience working on projects where you have accessed GA4 data through BigQuery.
- Expertise writing scripts SQL
- Experience with tagging and GTM
- Experience working in product & tech, building decks, and reports as well as presenting these in front of clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience creating reporting templates, crafting narratives from data analysis, and creating presentation materials to support that analysis.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker and/or PowerBI
- Experience crafting and analyzing online experiments with a strong understanding of A|B and multivariate testing.
- Experience merging data from different sources.
- Deep understanding of data layers and solution design documentation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Define learning objectives, KPIs, and supporting metrics based on business objectives and design direction.
- Audit existing web analytics setup and provide recommendations and tracking solutions.
- Evaluate analytics implementations in order to understand and optimize the site interactions and behavioral variables that are being captured.
- Analyze large integrated datasets to tell a comprehensive story of how users engage with client digital initiatives, identifying pain points and opportunities to improve the experience and meaningfully impact the business.
- Lead analytics presentations for major clients along with multiple streams of work.
- Collaborate with other Huge capability teams to inform design, content, and user experience development decisions.
- Develop deep, trusted partnerships with clients to deliver strategic insight that informs the direction of the engagement.
- Evolve existing data ecosystems, evaluate measuring gaps, establish a roadmap, on-boarding new technologies, defining processes and governance.
