Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or a related field;
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban);
- Experience working with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications;
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC);
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to troubleshoot and propose solutions;
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello.
Will be a plus:
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum certifications);
- Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations;
- Experience in the Audio/Video management systems projects.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements;
- Defining and prioritizing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria;
- Ensuring requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business goals;
- Managing changes to requirements and assessing their impact on the project;
- Working closely with product owners, project managers, developers, and QA teams;
- Facilitating workshops, interviews, and discussions to understand business needs;
- Acting as a bridge between business and technical teams;
- Analyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement;
- Working with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements;
- Ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with system capabilities and constraints;
- Identifying potential risks related to business requirements and system changes;
- Assessing and documenting the impact of new requirements on existing processes;
- Collaborating with PMs and stakeholders to mitigate risks;
- Maintaining and creating documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories;
- Ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant teams.
