About the Role:
Recast Software is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to drive the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for our Application Workspace product line. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will take the strategic vision for the product and turn it into high-impact campaigns across channels that drive pipeline and customer engagement.
Youโll lead the execution of campaign initiatives including email, webinars, digital programs, field events, and ABM plays. Youโll work closely with the Growth Marketing, Web & Brand and Revenue Operations teams to bring your campaigns to life with compelling content, smart segmentation, and seamless execution, and ongoing measurement.

What You’ll Do:
- Own and execute multi-channel campaigns for the Application Workspace product lineโfrom initial planning to final reporting.
- Lead campaign strategy and oversee execution across email, webinars, digital advertising, ABM, and field events.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to drive pipeline through targeted programs and nurture journeys.
- Partner with the Web & Brand team to ensure campaign landing pages, ads, and visuals reflect our brand and product value.
- Coordinate with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure campaigns are fueled by relevant messaging and assets.
- Support sales enablement by ensuring alignment on campaign goals, timing, and lead handoff.
- Measure and optimize campaign performance using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across multiple projects simultaneously.
What You’ve Done:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign or pipeline generation.
- Proven success planning and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, webinars, digital channels, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Experience with campaign planning tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset and a bias for action.
- Experience with a B2B SaaS company.

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks:
-The salary range for this position is $115,000-$135,000. Additionally, cash compensation for this role includes 10% annual discretionary bonus potential. Salary may vary based on experience, skills, and geographical location.
