Summary Description

We are looking for a Senior Client Services Manager to support the Client Services 1 department in various functions, including managing client service operations and maintaining positive client relationships. This role is critical in ensuring exceptional client service to support business growth and client retention. The Senior Client Services Manager will oversee client service teams, address client concerns, and drive service improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee client services for an assigned portfolioi
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality service to clients
  • Manage and develop client services staff
  • Serve as strategic advisor to client leadership teams
  • Drive continuous improvement of client-facing operations
  • Assist in other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in client services or healthcare consulting
  • Experience managing client services teams and operations
  • Experience in ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction strongly preferred
