We offer several agent suites. Document Capture Plus uses AI for document classification, extraction, and validation. Patient Access Plus accelerates eligibility, benefits, patient pay estimates, and prior authorizations. HIM & Coding improves clean claim submission and reduces denials using AI and certified coders. Revenue Integrity optimizes charge capture. RCM Plus maximizes reimbursements from A/R and denied claims through AI and predictive analytics.

Our solutions are compatible with most healthcare software systems. We offer bi-directional integration via API, HL7, FHIR, X12, and EMR developer programs, supporting systems like athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Salesforce, and Epic. We are HiTRUST, SOC2 Type2 certified, and HIPAA compliant. We have processed billions of transactions, served over 4,000 facilities and 5 million patients, and collected over $8 billion in revenue.
