YOUR ROLE AS SENIOR CONTENT CREATOR
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Content Creator to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, on-brand content across a variety of formats. Ideal for a self-driven, highly skilled professional, this position requires a deep passion for creating compelling content and the ability to execute briefs with minimal supervision. You’ll be an essential part of a collaborative, supportive team, where your fresh ideas, creativity, and insights will be highly valued. While this is not a strategic or managerial role, you will be expected to bring innovative ideas, confidently collaborate, and help others nurture their creative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Content Creation
- Take ownership of the entire video production process—from scripting, filming, and coordinating to editing and final delivery.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and platform formats, knowing when to leverage short-form or long-form video content.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the brand’s voice, ensuring consistency and emotional connection with our audience.
- Organize and maintain video content libraries for easy access by the team.
Graphic & Marketing Asset Development
- Create visually appealing digital and offline materials such as leaflets, posters, brochures, social media graphics, and roller banners.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure all content supports ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
Project Delivery
- Manage and execute multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Respond to briefs with clear, creative solutions, asking the right questions to ensure effective delivery.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure all content meets high standards.
Reporting & Communication
- Share progress in monthly marketing catch-ups.
- Log daily updates via Jira or other task management tools.
Tools & Workflow
Utilize a variety of creative tools including Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, CapCut, and Brevo (or similar CRM/email tools).
Organize and track project progress using Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Jira.
Take initiative with a positive, can-do attitude when interpreting and executing complex project instructions.
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: At least 3–5 years in a similar content creation role.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work is essential.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of content trends, storytelling techniques, and multi-platform delivery.
Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of video production, including scripting, filming, editing, and delivery.
Hands-on experience creating a wide range of digital and offline marketing assets, such as leaflets, posters, brochures, and social media graphics.
Experience working with social media platforms and understanding of various content formats (short-form vs. long-form video, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to adapt content for different channels and audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
Strong understanding of content trends, storytelling techniques, and multi-platform delivery.
Ability to create engaging, high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates emotionally with audiences.
High proficiency in design principles, typography, and creative direction.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
