THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Creative Designer to our Brandingteam in São Paulo!

The Senior Creative Designer is responsible for creating and executing high-impact visual campaigns that build brand awareness and engagement. This person will develop assets for brand initiatives, events, and partner activations, as well as contribute creative concepts that support the company’s visibility. The role works closely with the Brand Campaigns Lead and provides creative support to multiple internal teams, ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables.

YOUR IMPACT

  • This role directly impacts all visual productions, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and supporting broader business objectives by driving brand recognition and strengthening market positioning.

  • Design creative materials for brand campaigns, events, and partner activations.

  • Develop visual concepts that drive brand awareness and align with strategic goals.

  • Ensure consistent brand expression across different formats and platforms.

  • Create the visual identity and develop the campaign message, connecting ideas, visuals, and copy.

  • Work in partnership with the copywriter to develop creative and visual concepts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support their design needs with brand-aligned assets.

  • Provide creative input for presentations, internal initiatives, and other touchpoints as needed.

  • Develop visual materials for partner teams and Wellhub events.

  • Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines and maintain high design standards.

  • Act as a brand ambassador through every visual produced.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand execution across all channels.

  • Be responsible for delivering projects accurately and on time.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Design, or related fields.

  • Technical Skills: Expertise in campaign concepts and visual excellence. Advanced knowledge of design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and AI-generated image tools. Proficiency in project management tools (Asana). Canva is a plus.

  • Experience: Background in advertising or design, with a strong focus on campaigns and visual design. Experience working at advertising agencies, startups, or companies known for creative campaigns. International campaign experience is a plus.

  • Languages: Fluency in English is required.
