Summary

bex is a digital logistics platform for the construction industry seeking a Senior Customer Service Specialist to support customer communication and help make customers happy. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, coordinating special requests, supporting sales and dispatch in clarifying customer queries, incident management, and customer-oriented resolution of issues. Qualifications required are a completed logistics education or relevant degree, 3-5 years of customer service experience, experience in construction or logistics industry preferred, friendly and communicative demeanor, hands-on mentality, solution orientation, high customer focus, fluency in German and English (preferred). Requirements

  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Lösungsorientierung und hohe Kundenorientierung

Responsibilities

  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden für alle Anfragen aus dem Tagesgeschäft
  • Koordination von speziellen Kundenanfragen und -wünschen
  • Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Disposition bei der Klärung von Kundenanfragen
  • Incident Management und kundenorientierte Klärung von Störfällen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Erfahrung in Unternehmen aus der Bau- oder Logistikbranche
  • Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
