Join the TeleSoftas Team as a Senior Data Engineer and work with an amazing client - Bourne Leisure!
About the client:
Bourne Leisure is a leading British company offering diverse holiday experiences, from Haven caravan holiday parks to Warner hotels. Our company is organised into cross-functional product tribes, and we invite you to become a part of the Foundation tribe.
The Foundations Tribe: The Foundations Tribe focuses on supplying core systems and features that empower other Haven Digital Tribes. Our systems include Customer Data, Payments, CRM, and BI data.
Challenges you’ll tackle:
- Maintain and optimize the company’s data warehouse in alignment with established standards and best practices
- Convert business requirements into performant, reliable data sets in our Data Lake and maintain data layers within Snowflake
- Model data views and aggregates using dbt
Skills for success:
- 4+ years of proven working experience in data engineering or analytics engineering
- Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, particularly dimensional modelling techniques
- Proficiency in data transformations with dbt Core and/or dbt Cloud, SQL
- Familiarity with Snowflake data warehouse
- Knowledge of Git
- Analytical and result-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Nice to Have:
- Experience in ensuring and maintaining data quality
- Familiarity with AWS services
- Experience working with Python
- Understanding of CI/CD fundamentals
- Experience in mentoring would be a big plus

For this position, we offer 4793 € - 6446 €/month gross salary.
The final offer will depend on your experience and competencies.
