Senior Developer Success Manager, UK (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Senior Developer Success Manager to join our team to serve third party, external developers in guiding their success. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner and guide to top-tier third-party developers building into the Linnworks App Store. Youโll support these partners throughout the entire lifecycleโfrom solution design and development through implementation and ongoing optimizationโto ensure their applications drive mutual success for our shared customers.
The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external developers to ensure applications in the App Store are scalable, efficient, and aligned with our operational standards. Your goal is to ensure every third-party app delivers exceptional value, performance, and operational excellence to the businesses that rely on Linnworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our internal partner and product teams as well as 3rd party development teams to consult on the design, build, test, and delivery of applications available in the Linnworks App Store.
- Manage the ongoing technical relationship & facilitate the operational support related to maintenance of 3rd party integrations with Linnworkโs systems.
- Answer use-case specific questions related to the Linnworks API and how it integrates with core Linnworks functionality
- Assist with use-case specific troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to integrations and third-party applications
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of internal documentation and knowledge base resources.
- Stay informed on industry trends and recommend improvements to integration processes and tools.
- Collaborate on go-to-market efforts for new third party app launches, including app ratings, commercialization strategies, and positioning support.
- Guide partners through support processes and act as a liaison where needed.
- Proactively looking for solutions to customer & partner problems and propose process improvements
- Align with partners on delivery timelines and communicate progress clearly
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in software integration or automation roles
- Familiarity with APIs, service-oriented architecture, middleware, and SDKs
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaborator, able to engage with a multitude of stakeholders (internal & external)
- Excellent ability to translate complex ideas into basic diagrams
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or within a team
- Experience managing apps / app stores is a bonus
- Prior experience in eCommerce, logistics, or warehouse operations environments is a bonus
