Job Summary
As a DevOps Engineer, you will make a significant contribution to infrastructure automation, continuous delivery, observability, and security by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The DevOps engineer evaluates emerging technologies, promotes process improvements, and shapes standards and best practices while providing expert guidance to project teams across the organization. This role plays a fundamental role in driving the adoption of cloud platform capabilities in collaboration with software engineering, architecture, and information security teams.
Essential Skills
Experience in a DevOps role, with hands-on AWS experience;
Experience with IaC tools such as AWS CDK, CloudFormation, and Terraform;
Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Shell, or Python);
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline;
Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes);
Basic understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC);
Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments;
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Highly Desirable Skills
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer β Associate or AWS Certified SolutionsΒ Architect β Associate;
Familiarity with GCP (a plus);
Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, NewRelic;
Experience with configuration management tools.
