As the Senior Director, Demand Generation, you will lead a growing team of high-powered Marketers and be responsible for developing the strategy and executing all programs to drive brand awareness, high-quality leads, Marketing Originated Pipeline, Marketing Influenced Pipeline, and Return on Marketing Investment. Fleetworthy is at an inflection point – bringing category leaders to create a leading portfolio for fleet safety, compliance, and efficiency.

In close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and other marketing teams, the right leader will develop an effective mix of marketing programs that generate and engage leads at all funnel stages. The ideal candidate will direct and grow a highly capable and energetic team to achieve its goals.

As a key member of the marketing leadership team and a direct partner to the CMO, this role will shape our go-to-market strategy, drive transformational pipeline growth, and directly influence revenue acceleration across all business segments.  The candidate will bring a mix of marketing experience balanced with tactical and execution skills in previous functional and team leadership roles. The candidate should blend strategy, creative vision, analytics, and organization, while effectively communicating across the company and to prospects and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute marketing programs, including planning and ongoing execution across all product lines to achieve all marketing targets.
  • Develop and mentor a team of marketers who develop and deploy campaigns and content across email, digital advertising, social media, and paid media channels.
  • Determine and plan campaigns including the optimal deployment of a robust marketing program budget.
  • Drive awareness and alignment of marketing campaigns within Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and other relevant departments.
  • Own and report on full-funnel performance, from lead to revenue, including conversion optimization, CAC/LTV, pipeline velocity, and contribution to revenue growth targets
  • Continually A/B test and optimize, establishing actionable outcomes from testing results.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to ongoing Sales alignment to ensure program success.
  • Be able to think strategically and to dive into the details to get things done.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10-12 years in B2B Marketing with over 5 years in a Marketing leadership and people management role
  • B2B technology experience across Enterprise to SMB markets required
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing strategy and tactics
  • Experience with trucking / transportation industry a plus
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, executing, and measuring annual and account-specific campaigns across multiple product lines and customer segments
  • Proven success in B2B marketing methods and best practices specific to demand generation
  • Extensive understanding of digital marketing and corporate website best practices – experience in SEM, paid search, social and online advertising, SEO, and CRO
  • Hands-on experience working with Marketing technology, including Marketo for marketing automation and email marketing
  • Highly creative – ability to think outside the box to find new ways to generate interest and excitement among targeted audiences
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate credible forecasts and assess efficacy of marketing programs
  • Leverages generative AI tools to accelerate campaign ideation, content creation, personalization at scale, and optimization
  • Strong attention to detail during review of content and creative designs
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to achieve outstanding results
  • Highly motivated and passionate with the ability to adapt to change

Compensation

  • $170,000 to $180,000 USD Yearly + 10% Bonus
