As a Senior Engagement Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving awareness and adoption of HealthJoy’s products across our member audience. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring strong partnership with teams like Customer Success, Member Services, Product Marketing, and clinical. You’ll be instrumental in shaping how members interact with HealthJoy, leading strategic marketing campaigns, leveraging data to optimize performance, and ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across all channels. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the member experience and expanding the reach of HealthJoy’s valuable services.

Your impact.

  • Ability to Work Independently and Manage Multiple Projects: This role requires a self-starter who can take initiative, prioritize tasks effectively, and seamlessly juggle various campaigns and initiatives from conception to completion without constant oversight. Strong organizational and project management skills are critical for success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analyze Data. Centralize and analyze dashboards and results of our member channels. Identifying gaps in performance and reporting on where we need to improve our campaigns
  • Performance Analysis & Improvement. You’ll centralize and analyze dashboards and results of our member channels, identifying gaps in performance and reporting on where we need to improve our campaigns.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Execution. You’ll support the execution of our member-facing marketing campaigns across all channels, including: email, SMS, push notifications, webinars, etc. to drive awareness and ongoing utilization of HealthJoy’s services.
  • Brand Alignment & Optimization. Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the organization’s brand guidelines. Monitor campaign results to identify optimizations with messaging
  • Process Documentation & Efficiency.  Responsible for documenting repeatable processes to enable the Engagement Marketing team executes efficiently
  • Cross-Functional Messaging Consistency. Collaborate with stakeholders like Member Services, Clinical Coaches, and Product to ensure member-facing messaging is consistent across all channels
  • Attribution Model Development.  Co-own the creation of our first member marketing attribution model, helping to identify what channels are driving activation through ongoing engagement
  • Campaign & Content Calendar Management. Develop and manage campaign and content calendars creating cross functional visibility into our teams efforts
  • New Product Launch Support. Support the Product Marketing Managers and Member Marketing Lead with new product launches by executing and recommending areas of opportunity with member-facing product launch strategies
  • Content & Collateral Creation.  Co-own the responsibility for the development of member-facing content and collateral
  • Member Success Story Promotion. Support the process of capturing member success stories and promoting them internally and externally

Your experience.

  • Minimum of (5) years of experience in lifecycle marketing, membership marketing, or related field with a strong foundation of email marketing
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms (ie. Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer.io)
  • Proven track record in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and data driven decision making
  • Experience working in the healthcare, technology, or healthtech industries preferred
  • Experience working for a B2C and/or mobile app company is a plus
  • People-oriented with the ability to quickly build strong working relationships
  • Creative problem-solver and go-getter mentality
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment; able to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and ambiguity
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail

Total Rewards

Job Level: 30

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000

The cash compensation above includes base salary only. Certain roles are eligible for additional cash incentives such as commission, annual bonus targets, overtime pay or other variable incentives.

HealthJoy maintains a comprehensive strategy to determine rewarding and competitive packages for individual compensation for new hires, internal promotions and internal job changes. This strategy is based on several factors unique to each individual, including: 1) the skills, experience and qualifications of the individual; 2) the responsibilities and demands of the role; 3) analysis of external market data; and 4) company budget and financial performance.

HealthJoy is a remote-first employer. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

At HealthJoy, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each role and individual.
