We are a digital investor communications platform, connecting issuers, intermediaries, and investors directly in real time. Our technology replaces manual, paper-based processes with secure, authenticated digital connections across the shareholder communications chain. This delivers faster processing, greater accuracy, and end-to-end transparency.

Our solutions include Proxymity Vote Connect, a digital proxy voting platform for intermediary banks, custodians, and brokers; Proxymity Vote Connect North America, a proxy voting solution for the US and Canadian markets; Proxymity Shareholder Insights, a reporting suite for issuers and issuer agents; and Proxymity Shareholder Disclosure, an automated shareholder disclosure solution for intermediaries, custodians, and banks.

Founded in 2017 by Dean Little and Jonathan Smalley, we were initially developed within Citi’s ICG Securities Services business through Citi’s D10XSM program. We spun off as an independent business in April 2020. We are backed by a consortium of financial institutions that manage over $200 trillion in assets under custody, including BNY, BNP Paribas, BetaNXT, Citi, Computershare, Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Börse, HSBC, JP Morgan, MUFG, and State Street. 94% of FTSE 100 companies use our platform.

We have offices in London, Manchester, New York, Melbourne, Kuala Lumpur, and Tel Aviv. We have received awards such as “Innovation in Digital Proxy Voting” and “Outstanding Technology Provider” from Global Custodian Magazine, “Editors’ Choice ‘Fintech of the Year’” from Global Custodian Magazine, and “Best Asset Servicing Technology Product” at the Asset Servicing Times Awards 2023.

Our platform gives public companies confidence in real-time AGM/EGM agenda transmission. It also gives institutional investors enough time to research and vote on corporate decisions, with digital confirmation of vote receipt. Our platform adheres to regulations like the Shareholder Rights Directive (SRD II).
