Job Title: Senior HRBP
Position Type: Contract
Location: REMOTE
Salary/Pay Range: $60 - $65 W2 (USD)
Skills: Workday (Basic), MS Office (Intermediate Excel), Google Suite
Provides human resources consultation and support to a designated business unit. Uses knowledge of various human resources functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations to provide tactical HR support to line managers. Consults with business unit management in the strategic planning process and development of human resources strategies that support the unit’s business needs. Acts as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary. Requires a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and required years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
