The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Account Executive (AE) to join our team. As an Account Executive at BrandCycle, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest retail brands in the industry while also being part of a fast-paced and innovative company culture. As an Account Executive, some of your job responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
Types of Work You’ll Do:
- Build and manage relationships with brands and retailers
- Identify and close new business opportunities (BDR support and Self-Sourced)
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth
- Represent the BrandCycle brand in the Influencer Marketing space
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Leverage data and analytics to inform sales strategy

This is a 100% remote position, must be based in the U.S.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics a plus)
- Minimum 5 years Sales experience in related fields - Digital Marketing, Media, Influencer/Creator Marketing and/or MarTech sales
- Deep knowledge of the Influencer Marketing landscape
- Strong book of business in influencer marketing a plus, but not a requirement

- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Competitive natured and driven by goals/targets
- Thrives in a team environment. Comfortable jumping in and assisting the Account Management team to execute campaigns and drive renewals
- Self-starter & comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of Digital Marketing, UGC, IGC, Creator Marketing and Influencer Marketing.
- Expert in outbound sales efforts including but not limited to outbound email campaigns, drip campaigns, warm and cold calling and able to provide direction and support to BDR team members
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Hubspot as a CRM
- Basic understanding of sales forecasting and sales projections based on pipeline
Compensation:
Our overall compensation and rewards package includes base pay, bonus or commission, and a variety of benefits. Base pay is determined within a range that allows you the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $80,300 - $90,000 (this range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions). This role includes commission with an OTE ranging from $160,000-$180,000. Your overall compensation will be determined based on several factors, including demonstrated skills, relevant education or training, experience, qualifications, travel requirements, and job location.
