About the Opportunity

We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service. They will be responsible for understanding our clients’ business goals and ensuring that our services and solutions are tailored to meet their specific needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and executing the daily operations for our clients on Salsify, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of security, efficiency, and effectiveness. We are seeking someone who can proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to ensure seamless and uninterrupted service for our valued clients.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Partner with Project Managers to complete service tasks on time, within scope, and budget
  • Manage, execute, and prioritize work for multiple Salsify clients, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership for the success of your client contracts.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Salsify PXM features and solutions for our clients.
  • Engage with clients to identify their business priorities, pain points, and Salsify goals, then implement solutions for optimal efficiency and lasting success.
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success Managers, Project Managers, Account Managers, Implementation Consultants, and other teams to ensure customers are set up to achieve established metrics/goals.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders by guiding and collaborating with them. Proactively communicate with clients and internal teams to keep everyone informed of progress, added value, and potential challenges.
  • Present solution recommendations with confidence and clearly communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences as needed.
  • Complete the technical work to execute services while being accountable to deadlines, quality, and contract scope.
  • Track hours utilization and project progress, identifying and addressing concerns or issues early on to mitigate potential escalations.
  • Contribute to the growth of our team by actively proposing ideas for process improvement and sharing knowledge across the team.

You’ll Enjoy This Role If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience working in the Salsify PXM platform
  • 1+ years of experience with retailer vendor portals such as Amazon Vendor Central, Target Partners Online, or Walmart SupplierOne
  • 1+ years of experience working with GDSN
  • 2+ years experience navigating the complexities large enterprise clients face when launching and maintaining a new platform.
  • Passion for making customers successful and are excited to work in a customer-centric environment.
  • Experience problem solving and can take different approaches to all sorts of challenges, whether they be technical, organizational, internal, customer, or personal.
  • Able to extrapolate from limited data to make quick decisions and determine the best course of action for client business objectives.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn with the ability to quickly grasp and make effective use of knowledge.
  • Drive to seek out resources or training support for ongoing learning and upskilling, both on Salsify PXM and retailer platforms.
  • Ability to thoughtfully communicate new concepts to diverse audiences and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Confidence driving solutions to challenging customer or internal situations autonomously and understand when to raise risk and inform relevant stakeholders.

The posted compensation range reflects the base salary for this position. In addition to base salary, some eligible roles may also have a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Salsify employees receive equity in the form of stock options. All full-time employees are invited to participate in our Total Rewards plan, which includes health & medical benefits, flexible spending accounts, flexible PTO, and more. Offers to join Salsify are based on a few criteria, including the scope of the role, the candidate’s work experience, targeted skills, internal equity of the team, and external market data.

US National Pay Range

$81,600—$96,000 USD
