About Clariti

We provide configurable community development and permitting software for governments of all sizes. We started as BasicGov in 2008, offering cloud-based permitting and licensing solutions. In 2020, BasicGov was acquired and rebranded to Clariti, and we began focusing on comprehensive community development solutions. We expanded our offerings in 2023 with the acquisition of Camino Technologies. Our product suite includes Clariti Enterprise, permitting software for large governments; Clariti Launch, permitting software for small to mid-sized governments; and CivCheck, AI plan review software for governments of all sizes. Our products integrate with systems such as ProjectDox, Bluebeam, ePlanSoft, Esri, and Paysafe. We serve municipalities and counties across North America, including Los Angeles, Phoenix, Orange County, Dona Ana County, Albany, Honolulu, Santa Clarita, and Tampa.
