OneIMS Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Ops and Sales Ops Account Manager who excels in integrating advanced marketing strategies with sales enablement. This role combines expertise in AI, HubSpot, SEO, and PPC to create a seamless marketing and sales experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales operations strategies that leverage AI technologies for enhanced decision-making and optimization.
- HubSpot Management: Oversee the utilization of HubSpot tools for marketing automation, lead management, and analytics, ensuring best practices are followed.
- SEO Optimization: Drive SEO strategy to enhance organic visibility and build quality traffic across client websites.
- PPC Management: Create and manage effective PPC campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI through data analysis and continuous improvement.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning marketing and sales strategies to drive success.
- Data Analytics: Monitor key performance metrics across marketing and sales initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and execution of campaigns.
- Lead nurturing and scoring: Implement lead nurturing workflows that enhance lead quality and assist sales teams in identifying high-potential leads.
- Training and Mentorship: Mentor junior team members and support their professional development in sales and marketing operations.
- Emerging Technologies: Stay abreast of industry trends, particularly AI applications in marketing and sales, recommending new tools and strategies to enhance client performance.
- Performance Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and presentations on marketing and sales performance for clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a related field, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment
- Strong expertise in using AI tools and techniques to enhance marketing and sales effectiveness
- Extensive experience with HubSpot, including marketing automation, CRM management, and reporting functionalities
- Proven experience in SEO strategies and best practices, with a track record of driving organic search improvements
- Demonstrated success in managing PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media
- Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset; ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations
- Outstanding project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and present to clients and stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization
- Experience in training and mentoring team members
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in HubSpot, Google Ads, and SEO tools
- Knowledge of additional marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Experience with advanced data analytics platforms and AI technologies in the marketing space
