WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Senior Motion Designer works with a small team to bring a story to life through 2D motion design and editing. You bring ideas, storyboards, and style frames at the beginning of the project, and then turn those deliverables into a beautiful end product. You understand designing for the web and have the skills to create and replicate accurate UI animations based on reference animations. You are design-focused, detail-oriented, excellent at collaborating and multitasking, and eager to be part of a team that makes things come to life.
This special someone will regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment and will be responsible for animating and editing videos through motion design. You possess a strong desire to challenge yourself, and love solving hard problems. You are dependable and have a track record of happy clients. You thrive with feedback and aspire to make the best work you possibly can.
- Create Motion Design assets for a major technology company
- Create style frames, proof of concepts, and more importantly great ideas
- Concept and iterate on different ways to bring the story to life
- Work with the team and client to build, refine, and deliver world-class animation
- Deliver assets based on the specifications in the brief
- Talk through your approach and work on client reviews
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in motion design
- In-depth experience and understanding of the motion design and UI animation
- A high level of mastery of Adobe After Effects
- An open and curious mind in all areas of creativity, design, and animation
- Positive even in the most challenging of situations.
- Excellent organizational skills and a very high level of attention to detail.
- Possesses a high level of problem-solving ability in order to develop the solutions needed to address clients’ needs.

The anticipated salary range for this position is listed below. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we’re flexible.
US Remote Range
$90—$100 USD
