Guild is hiring a Senior Operations Insights Analyst. This role will uncover actionable insights by analyzing complex data sets to support strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and enhance the member experience. They will develop dashboards, analyze long-term trends, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality data, scalable reporting solutions, and actionable recommendations that support organizational growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at translating data into strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation Use tools like Looker, SQL, and DBT to integrate and analyze complex datasets to uncover meaningful trends and insights that inform strategy, improve efficiency, and support initiatives. Deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership through compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Strategic Collaboration Work with cross-functional data teams to resolve data inconsistencies, enhance data quality, and recommend schema or infrastructure improvements aligned with business needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their analytical needs, scope reporting requests, and enable self-service analytics where possible. Provide clear, regular updates throughout project lifecycles.
- Project Management & Prioritization Manage multiple high-impact projects, balancing competing priorities while driving process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Tool Development & Enablement Create and maintain dashboards, toolkits, and best practice documentation to improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
Required Proficiencies:
- Strong data analysis skills with experience integrating, transforming, and interpreting complex data sets to support strategic planning and operational improvements
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences through strong written, verbal, and visual storytelling
- Demonstrated expertise in dashboard development using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to analyze long-term trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes
- Experience collaborating across departments to identify data inconsistencies, enhance data quality, and facilitate cross-functional alignment
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and driving toward timely completion
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity with a proactive approach to questioning assumptions, seeking clarity, and deeply understanding complex problems.
Experience owning projects end-to-end, from defining analytical scope to delivering strategic outcomes.
We are committed to equal pay for equal work and believe in compensation transparency. All salary ranges are standardized nationwide and will not vary by region. This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $110,000 - $135,000, and stock options. Compensation offered will be based on a combination of factors such as experience, competencies, and internal equity.
