- Optimize core People Operations processes together with the rest of the People Operations team: onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee recordkeeping.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where we operate or hire.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of People policies, handbooks, and internal documentation.

- Hands-on experience with HR tools (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in an agile, high-growth environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable making data-driven decisions.
- Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams and improving employee experience.
