THE ROLE 📝
At Form3 you will have the opportunity to build, run and maintain the infrastructure behind our cloud-native systems, working with tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure to ensure the reliability and scalability of our entire platform.
We’re looking for an experienced Engineer that loves building cloud-native critical systems to help architect and scale the Form3 SaaS platform across private and public clouds. You’ll own infrastructure as code, networking, and deployment pipelines end-to-endcollaborating with peers, embracing clean code and best practices, introducing new technologies, and providing on-call support when needed.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🔍
- Engineers with a passion to join us on an exciting journey as we build the next phase of the Form3 financial cloud SaaS platform
- Passion for architecting and building cloud native systems, as you will have the opportunity to work on our own private cloud which is hosted in Form3 data centres to help us build the next generation Form3 platform which will run across multiple public clouds
- Able to solve technical challenges around how to make our platform cloud agnostic and scalable to handle billions of payments
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code patterns and practices (Terraform is a plus)
- Able to contribute and collaborate with other engineers on technical and architectural decisions
- Knowledge of networking and DNS
- Enjoy end-to end ownership from concept to deployment, including building and operating infrastructure, toolset and deployment pipelines
- An avid learner who is keen to develop their skills and share learning with the team
- Able to play an active role in introducing new technologies and ways of working to stay ahead of the competition without compromising on the quality.
- Appreciation of clean code and Software Engineering best-practice
- Great communication skills to collaborate with others
- Ability to work ‘out of hours’ when requested for on call support and deployment

We operate a hybrid multi-cloud infrastructure, connecting AWS, GCP, Azure and Equinix data centres in London and Virginia and Coresite in Santa Clara.
- AWS: DirectConnect, Transit Gateway, VPC Peering, VPN, NAT Gateway, NLB/ALB
- GCP: Interconnect, Cloud Router, VPC Peering, Service Perimeter
- Azure: ExpressRoute, Virtual Network Gateway, Azure Firewall
- Container Orchestration: Kubernetes with Cilium CNI, CoreDNS, ExternalDNS
- Data Centres: Equinix Fabric, Juniper EX switches, SRX firewalls
- Other: Terraform, Docker & Go

THE TEAM 👥
Our Platform Compute & Networking Engineering team sits at the core of Form3’s business, ensuring that our world-class payments platform is reliable, scalable, and secure.
We manage hybrid cloud and private network infrastructures across AWS, GCP, Azure and multiple global datacenters. We provide the backbone that product engineering teams build on, ensuring performance, scalability and operational excellence.
You’ll join a team that’s hands-on with networking and compute infrastructure and is always looking to push the boundaries of what’s possible. As a Senior Platform Engineer focused on networking, you’ll help us elevate our capabilities to the next level.
