Senior Product Designer
Remote – US, based in EST

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process, creating intuitive, scalable experiences that simplify complex workflows for our users. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with distributed teams to shape TROOP’s design system, drive product innovation, and deliver user-centered solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
Own the end-to-end design process for new features and product improvements – from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and delivery.
Turn complex workflows and data into simple, intuitive, and elegant user experiences.
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align design decisions with business and user needs.
Contribute to and evolve TROOP’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions.
Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across different locations and time zones to ensure seamless product design and delivery.
Share knowledge, best practices, and feedback with peers to strengthen TROOP’s design culture.
Minimum 5 years of experience designing digital products, within B2B SaaS startups/scale-ups.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, visual storytelling, and interaction design skills.
Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma).
Experience with design systems, prototyping, and usability testing.
Ability to balance user needs with business goals in fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.
Nice to have (advantages):
- Experience applying design to drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
- Background in designing intuitive, scalable mobile products.
- Background in Business Travel, Events, or Meetings industry.
