We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Marble to lead the development and evolution of impactful, user-centric products in health and legal tech. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to define, deliver, and iterate on products that align with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and company goals. Our Senior Product Manager will report directly to the CTO, as a core member of our Product team, playing a critical role in shaping product direction and driving high-impact outcomes for our customers and business.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly and indirectly with customers to understand their needs, workflows, and challenges
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product priorities with organizational goals
- Define and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap that balances user impact and technical feasibility
- Refine, groom, and prioritize the product backlog based on continuous discovery and business objectives
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features by guiding team processes and milestone planning
- Analyze complex health and legal data sets to extract actionable insights and support data-informed decision-making
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a B2B/SaaS environment
- Strategic thinker with proven ability to create compelling product roadmaps
- Strong user empathy and experience designing products for regulated industries (healthcare or legal preferred)
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration across departments
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and adaptable in fast-paced startup environments
- Demonstrated behaviors that reinforce Marble values: Hunger, Humility, and Care
- Remote applicants welcome, must be willing to work Eastern time zone
Bonus Experience
- Experience working in early-stage startups or high-growth environments
- Background in Health Tech or Legal Tech (2+ years preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- Understanding of data privacy frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH) and their application in product design
