What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the whole development, from white-board sketch to live deployment, of AI agents that listen, speak, and act inside clinical workflows.
  • Co-design features with engineering, ML and data science, turning raw research into production-ready capabilities that pass HIPAA, SLA and “wow” tests.
  • Write, test, and iterate prompt logic yourself, no ivory tower specs, until agents perform reliably for real members and clinicians.
  • Spin up tangible prototypes so the team can click, critique, and ship rather than admire a 100 page PRD.
  • Embed with strategic customers and their exec teams to shape an AI roadmap that solves today’s pains and tomorrow’s ambitions.
  • Ride shotgun with sales & customer success, mining live calls and deal cycles for fresh use cases and immediate wins.
  • Map every manual, soul-sucking step in current workflows, then partner with engineers to automate or augment it with AI agents.
  • Run tight feedback loops post-launch, instrumenting performance, hunting edge cases, and squeezing out latency until the product feels magical.
  • Curate a portfolio of enterprise-grade agents that quietly erase administrative drag and let clinicians spend time on patients.

What you need to have:

  • 4+ years shipping stuff. Product manager, founder, consultant, engagement lead, clinician-turned-builder.
  • Fluent in the AI dialect. You’ve designed with LLMs, wrestled with prompts, and can spar with engineers on context windows without needing a translator.
  • Process sniper. You spot waste in a workflow, draw the current-state map, and redesign it so the throughput graph points up and to the right.
  • Relationship gravity. Execs return your calls, engineers invite you to stand-ups, and customers volunteer insights because you turn feedback into features.
  • Velocity tolerance. You keep your head when the roadmap pivots at 9 a.m. and the prototype ships at 5 p.m.—and you still push for quality.

Bonus signals:

  • Built or sold AI products in healthcare or another regulated maze.
  • Hands-on coding or data chops (Python, SQL, APIs) that let you whip up a demo without booking dev time.
  • Clinical background that lets you speak fluently with providers.

Base: €42,000 - €66,000

Variable: €3,500 - €5,500

Net equity value per year: €9,860 - 15,495

These compensation bands are just the starting point. Once someone joins and proves they’re outlier talent, we adjust quickly to ensure their compensation aligns with their impact.

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary and any potential variable, bonus or sales incentives, and the Company’s estimation of the value of private company stock options, if applicable. The pay range is subject to change, future value of company stock options is not guaranteed, and compensation may be modified in the future.
