Working here

Our team is passionate, talented, and driven by our purpose to improve the health and happiness of our members. Our culture empowers each Twin to do what’s needed to create impact for our members, partners, and our company, and enjoy their experience at work. Twin Health was awarded Innovator of the Year by Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR) (out of 358 companies), named to the 2021 CB Insights Digital Health 150, and recognized by Built In’s 2022 Best Places To Work Awards. Twin Health has the backing of leading venture capital funds including ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, and Sofina, enabling us to scale services in the U.S. and globally and help solve the global chronic metabolic disease health crisis. We have recently announced broad and growing partnerships with premier employers, such as Blackstone and Berkshire Hathaway. We are building the company you always wished you worked for. Join us in revolutionizing healthcare and building the most impactful digital health company in the world!

Excited to join us and do your part in improving people’s health and happiness?

Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product crew and lead the experience around Sensors and internal workflows that power our members’ treatment journeys. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping how members interact with the sensors that fuel our Digital Twin — from first-time setup to daily data sync — and ensuring our support team’s workflows are efficient and scalable.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone excited to own the full end-to-end journey:

  • From first touchpoint with a sensor device,
  • To seamless integration into a member’s daily rhythm,
  • And the internal tooling that supports it behind the scenes.

You’ll be at the intersection of consumer-grade product design, agentic automation and IoT health sensors, with the chance to create a gold-standard experience that will eventually scale to hundreds of thousands of members.

Product managers at Twin lead our product development from start to finish, leading cross-functional teams of product designers, backend and mobile engineers, member support operations and clinical stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you possess the ability to deeply understand a complex industry, have a passion for improving the lives of members, identify the most impactful opportunities, empathize with members, make prioritization trade-offs, and transform complex problems into easy-to-use solutions. If you’re looking to work at a fast-paced, hyper growth company, this is an excellent opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end member experience for sensors — from onboarding and setup to ongoing sync and daily use across the treatment journey
  • Own and lead continuous improvements to area metrics such as sensor self-setup success rate, sensor engagement, sensor sentiment and member support team time
  • Define and drive product strategy for integrating third-party health sensors (e.g., CGMs, BP cuffs, Smart scale and fitness wearables) into the member and internal support experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product design, engineering, member support and clinical teams to identify friction points and ship intuitive, scalable solutions
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including discovering and prioritizing problems, documenting workflows, writing specifications, guiding feature development, managing roll-outs, gathering user feedback and evaluating outcomes for continuous improvements
  • Design and execute experiments to optimize sensor engagement and sentiment
  • Build tools and workflows that empower our Member Support team to proactively resolve issues with minimal manual intervention
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with consumer-facing digital products and/or healthtech; experience in enterprise web apps would be a plus
  • Experience with IoT or connected device ecosystems (CGMs, wearables, smart scales, or medical-grade sensors preferred)
  • Proven track record of owning cross-functional initiatives with measurable business and user impact
  • Familiarity with agentic workflows, AI/LLM-powered tooling, or internal automation is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience using data to inform decisions, build business cases, and prioritize initiatives
  • Data steward and ability to draw conclusions based on product instrumentation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to align stakeholders, inspire teams, and write clearly for technical and non-technical audiences

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $155,000-$170,000 annually.

Twin has an ambitious vision to empower people to live healthier and happier lives, and to achieve this purpose, we need the very best people to enhance our cutting-edge technology and medical science, deliver the best possible care, and turn our passion into value for our members, partners and investors. We offer comprehensive benefits and perks in line with these principles, as well as a high level of flexibility for every Twin

  • A competitive compensation package in line with leading technology companies

  • 16 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for delivering parents; 8 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for non-delivering parents
  • 100% Employer-sponsored healthcare, dental, and vision for you, and 80% coverage for your family; Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options
