LastPass is looking for a Senior Product Owner:
The Engineering group at LastPass is seeking a Senior Product Owner to join the team. This role is responsible for roadmap planning, backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, performance analysis, release coordination, and user experience oversight for a single software development team.

Who will you work with?
You will collaborate with a diverse and talented cross-functional team dedicated to ensuring the usability, security, scalability, and reliability of our software products. Your interactions will span various departments - fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment - including Engineering, Security and Compliance, and Product & UX teams located in Hungary, Portugal, and the United States.

What does it take to work at LastPass?
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in software product management.
- Experienced in decision-making and risk management while managing team priorities and backlog.
- A record of success leading secure, high-visibility, technical projects that require cross-group collaboration and alignment across a distributed set of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on security, usability, and customer satisfaction.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements.
- Develop detailed user stories and define clear acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Plan product releases, ensuring that updates are delivered promptly and efficiently.
- Address security, production, and technical issues to refine the product.
- Passion for working with internal customers and stakeholders, with the ability to understand their needs and manage expectations effectively.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, with a focus on security product development.
- Experience in the development and operation of Software as a Service (SaaS) architectures.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
- Experienced in decision-making and risk management while managing team priorities and backlog.
