What you’ll bring
Qualifications:
- 5 years hands on experience in QA automation
- Extensive experience in C# and .NET development is essential.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering or any IT related courses
Preferred Skills:
- Consulting mindset with a focus on delivering value.
- Familiarity with Azure Devops (ADO) and Confluence is a plus
- Open to pair programming and demonstrates strong ownership of work.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts, including agentic testing and protocols.
- Knowledge of AI system testing methodologies, such as model validation and performance testing.
- Proven track record of contributing to automation frameworks using any language or toolset.
- Skilled in creating reusable, generic methods for User Interface components.
- Knowledge of advanced coding patterns beyond Page Object Models is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical ability to review manual and existing automated tests, enhancing automated regression test cases for reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to participating in framework design discussions, documenting new standards, and continuously improving them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate testing efforts across multiple squads and facilitate access to test data.
