We are looking for a data driven Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams on reporting and analytics. This role will work closely with key stake holders, such as the Sales Leadership team, to understand their reporting needs, and provide insights and analytics to help understand sales trends. This role will manage Salesforce, the sales team’s customer relationship management software, and be responsible for increasing sales’ productivity by streamlining processes, generating accurate CRM forecasting and data analytics, and implementing sales automation tools.

This position will be located in our New York City office with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote (Thursday/Friday).

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Salesforce to generate reports and dashboards to track bookings and revenue performance at an individual and corporate level, analyze data including leads and opportunity tracking through the various sales stages, and provide insights and recommendations for optimizing revenue operations.
  • Work with the Marketing team to measure ROI of Marketing efforts in Salesforce.
  • Provide overall visibility into the commercial operations including both outward and inward reporting and monitoring which will include oversight on bookings and commissions tracking as an example.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary owner for key sales and marketing tools and platforms including the Cognitiv website and Splash platform’s integration with Salesforce, and email marketing efforts.
  • Own relationship, strategy, and road mapping with relevant product teams, supporting all revenue and retention efforts.
  • Develop business plans, customer and market insights, and analyze program effectiveness.
  • Establish performance measurement criteria and KPIs to track against business growth goals.
  • Own our entire commercial tech stack focusing on a suite of tools to improve data quality, analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain our pricing model and structure, including pricing tiers, and monitor pricing compliance across the organization. This will include maintaining the price catalog and associated quoting tools in Salesforce.
  • Train new hires and existing employees on relevant systems.
  • Implement processes for data cleaning and quality control of commercial information.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Math or similar
  • Minimum 4-6+ years using Salesforce
  • Minimum 4-6 years experience with compensation modeling, managing sales commissions and developing commission structure
  • High comfort with and passion for data driven decision making
  • Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Salesforce, with the ability to customize, optimize, and leverage the platform to drive sales productivity and data accuracy.
  • Experience or familiarity in working with the media or digital advertising industry
  • Ability to influence and drive change among partner teams and leadership, in service of building new approaches and shifting the daily behaviors of a team
  • Proficiency in and comfort presenting to and communicating with senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a startup organization
  • Experience launching scaled growth to drive monetization goals
  • Passion for structured problem solving, developing / testing hypotheses, and modeling
  • Passion for change, growth and creativity!
  • Familiarity with Sales tools such as: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Collective[i], MediaRadar, Apollo.io, and SalesLoft

Salary

  • $140,000-$160,000 Base Salary + Equity

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to job-related knowledge, level of relevant experience, education and skills.
