Requirements
- PhD Degree in bioinformatics or deep learning, with at least three years of experience in algorithm/model development
- Knowledgeable in the field of molecular biology or protein
- Proficiency in Python/Java/C++
- Proficiency in Pytorch/Tensorflow
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for bioinformatics projects
- Develop the web-based tools or standalone tools for synthetic biology, protein engineering and antibody engineering
- Develop algorithms to assist customers in solving technical barriers
- Data mining (including deep learning) and analysis on synthesis related data
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferable if the candidate has experience in natural language processing and large language model
- Preferable if the candidate has experience in pre-trained language models and generative AI
- Preferable if the candidate has experience in algorithm, software and pipeline development
