Summary
You will design and implement significant components for a decentralized content delivery network at BlockDeliver. Responsibilities include participating in protocol design and implementation, writing performant networking software, helping architect token-based incentive model, performing research, and coaching team members. Qualifications require experience with distributed systems, networking, Golang, and Docker, with plus for BlockChain and security knowledge. Remuneration includes sweat equity and future salary.

Responsibilities
- Participate in design and implementation of our fully decentralized protocol for content delivery
- Develop, test and deploy the backend and smart contracts needed to do so
- Write performant networking software and distributed applications
- Help architect and implement our token-based incentive model
- Perform research in networking, cryptoeconomics and mechanism design
- Coach and mentor other members of the development team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with decentralized building blocks such as DHTs, p2p networking, UNIX file systems, etc
