Job Summary:
The Senior AI Platform Developer will be responsible for architecting and developing cutting-edge AI solutions that power Centric Software’s global platform. This role involves owning the AI integration strategy, designing AI-driven chatbots, agentic AI systems, and LLM-powered workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI and enterprise-scale system architecture, with the ability to work across full-stack development, from front-end to back-end, and AI-powered middleware. You will be working with state-of-the-art technologies to drive productivity, deliver real-time intelligence, and optimize scalable AI solutions that impact global brands. Key Responsibilities:
- AI-Driven Chatbots & Agentic Systems
- Architect and deploy intelligent chatbots that offer real-time reasoning and enterprise-level intelligence.
- Develop causal model-aware AI agents capable of learning, adapting, and scaling across multiple product lines.
- Next-Gen AI Integrations
- Engineer and integrate multi-modal AI systems that combine text, code, and visual intelligence into a unified solution.
- Develop workflows powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate insights, content generation, and provide smart recommendations.
- Scalable AI Infrastructure & Deployment
- Build and maintain the platform layer that supports seamless AI innovation across Centric’s product offerings.
- Lead the full-stack AI development process, including microservices with TypeScript/Node.js and AI pipelines using Python.
- Optimize vector search, embeddings, and reasoning models to ensure high-performance, real-time AI capabilities.
- AI-Powered Productivity at Scale
- Integrate AI into key processes such as BOM generation, product documentation, PhotoLab/VTO, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver AI-driven solutions that enhance productivity and streamline workflows from pre-sales through to support.
Your Tech Stack
- TypeScript/Node.js + React & MobX/Vue – Full-stack AI application development
- Python + AI/ML Integration – LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and NLP models
- Large Language Model (LLM) Integration – OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.
- Causal Modeling & Advanced Reasoning Systems – Developing AI agents with deep reasoning capabilities
- Cloud & Infrastructure Scaling – Docker, Kubernetes, API architecture, and microservices
- Enterprise Collaboration & Productivity AI – AI-driven workflows for mission-critical operations
Requirements:
- Experience & Expertise
- Strong background in AI and machine learning, with a proven track record of building scalable AI systems.
- Extensive experience in enterprise-scale system architecture and design.
- Proficiency in full-stack development with expertise in TypeScript/Node.js, React, MobX/Vue for front-end development, and Python for AI/ML integration.
- Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), causal modeling, vector search, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Solid experience in cloud infrastructure, including Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.
- Technical Skills
- Expertise in multi-modal AI integration, combining text, code, and visual intelligence.
- Experience with deploying AI-driven chatbots, agentic systems, and AI agents with reasoning capabilities.
- Knowledge of optimizing AI models for real-time performance and scalable deployments.
- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools and AI-driven productivity solutions, including automating workflows and generating insights.

- A product-driven mindset, focusing on scalability and business impact.
- Ability to work effectively across front-end, back-end, and AI-powered middleware.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment with teams from engineering, product, and data science.
- Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including deep learning, neural networks, and advanced reasoning systems.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

“The US base salary range for this full-time position is $170-$220K base + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Candidates who exceed the specified experience and relevant education or training may be considered for compensation above the stated range.
