About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer at Displayr, you’ll hit the ground running—shipping code, improving systems, and collaborating with a talented product and business team from day one. Within your first few weeks, you’ll dive into our codebase, push meaningful changes to production, and contribute to technical discussions.

As you grow in the role, you’ll take ownership of features, drive technical improvements, and help shape engineering best practices. You’ll work across the stack, solve complex problems, and play a key role in building scalable, maintainable software that impacts thousands of users.

We’d love to hear from you if you’re a proactive full-stack engineer with a front-end focus—someone who loves designing and architecting front-end applications and values clean code.

About You

  • You have **7+ years of software engineering experience**, building and maintaining modern, customer-facing software applications.
  • You have **5+ years of full-stack development experience** in C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • You have experience designing, architecting and building modern front-end applications.
  • You’ve worked on large-scale, complex software platforms with diverse tech stacks and have experience managing technical debt.
  • You take a strategic approach to system design, breaking down complex problems and balancing performance, cost, and simplicity to build scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • You think beyond just writing code—you engage with the business impact of your work, collaborate with stakeholders, and make smart trade-offs to drive meaningful outcomes.
  • You’re analytical and decisive, using data-driven insights to navigate complexity, make sound judgments under pressure, and clearly communicate your reasoning.
  • You write clean, testable, production-ready code and have a deep understanding of the libraries and platforms you work with.
  • Your CV is full of achievements you’re proud of, and you’re always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
  • You’re a clear, concise communicator who values collaboration and constructive discussions.
  • You’re naturally curious, open to experimenting with new ideas, and see failures as opportunities to learn.

Our Tech Stack

  • C#/.NET.
  • TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, or similar relational databases.
  • Any of the cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud (Azure strongly preferred).
  • Bonus: Python, R, Rust, Node.js exposure.
