Job description
Responsible for technical leadership for project members and software architecture in complex software development projects, combining technical lead and coordination efforts to act as lead architect for infrastructure, solutions and software. Accountable for leading the development team to maintain, improve code quality and maintainability of the software suite. Perform hands-on coding and code review for other peer developers. Participate in software architecture and design activities with both the client’s technical leaders and KMS onshore/offshore. Make technical decisions for the successful development of applications. Work with US-based clients and Vietnam development teams to understand business needs and develop technical solutions for enterprise applications. Lead the offshore development center. Ensure offshore engineers understand and comply with the product vision and technical direction of projects.
Bachelor’s degree or higher (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science or a closely related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Developer. Must also have at least 2 years of offshore software development experience, and 2 years’ experience with Java, JavaScript, Spring Framework, HTML, CSS, SQL, React, Kubernetes and AWS. May work remotely 100% of the time from anywhere in the U.S.
