As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll be empowered to lead complex technical initiatives across the stack. You’ll design intuitive user interfaces and robust backend services that scale, solving real-world problems for our customers with immediate impact.

You’ll work on systems that serve hundreds of thousands of users—and help evolve them to support millions—while influencing architecture, mentoring peers, and driving best practices. You’ll help bring the best of our design, frontend, and backend disciplines together into cohesive, elegant products.

This role is part of our Best Fit job match program. We have a variety of Software Engineering roles, by applying to this role will be considered for multiple roles across our engineering teams.  We want to set you up for success in your role so we assess your capabilities and then match you up to the best team.

In this role you can expect to:

  • Design, build, and operate full-stack SaaS systems, including scalable APIs, secure data flows, and responsive, performant UIs.
  • Use a modern tech stack that includes Golang, gRPC, PostgreSQL, React and AWS.
  • Own feature delivery end-to-end, including breaking down requirements, providing accurate time estimates, and actively contributing to planning and team discussions.
  • Lead architectural decisions across client and server codebases, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Champion engineering excellence, mentor other engineers, and drive continuous improvement in tooling, testing, and developer experience.
  • Apply a practical understanding of AI technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage machine learning or automation to enhance user experience or platform capabilities.
  • Drive high-performance team outcomes by setting rigorous engineering standards, mentoring peers, and proactively improving team practices to enhance quality, velocity, and collaboration.
  • Work in a hybrid working environment, including at our HQ based in Surry Hills, Sydney.

You may be a great fit for this role if you have some of the following:

  • Proven experience delivering high-quality solutions across both backend and frontend systems, with deep expertise in modern web frameworks, API design, and scalable distributed systems—ideally using Go and React.
  • A strong track record of delivering impactful features end-to-end, balancing usability, performance and maintainability, while contributing to estimation, planning within cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, both in your work and in uplifting team performance through actions or feedback.
  • A commitment to delivering quality solutions that meet customer needs and align with business goals.
