IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team.
The Senior Software Engineer stays current on modern technologies and innovations, and is willing to work with a team of developers, product architects in developing best performing and highly scalable solution. Individual must have at least 7 years of experience working in a Development team utilizing C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, WCF, RESTful and front end technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, HTML5, knockout JS.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):
7 Years of application development experience using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, SQL Server
Experience in front end technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, HTML5
Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming, Interfaces
Solid understanding of Design Patterns Dependency Injection, Domain Driven Design
Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
Experience working with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree (Computer Science preferred) with 7+ years of relevant application development experience
Excellent oral and written communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within the project team and other application teams are required
Organization, time management skills and attention to detail are critical. Must continue to enhance technical knowledge and skills through research and experimentation, in-house and external classes
Knowledge of auto insurance industry or auto auction industry is a plus
