We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team within a leading company in the IT consultancy industry. 💻

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of complex software and ERP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams.

• Manage project scope, risks, schedules, and resources, proactively mitigating issues to maintain project momentum.

• Oversee the integration and optimization of ERP systems (SAP or others) with existing business processes and technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, Computer Science or related fields (Master’s or MBA is a plus, but not required)

• At least 8-10 years of experience in software business analysis & software project management and/or ERP implementation projects

• General knowledge of ERP systems, including understanding of ERP implementation best practices, common challenges, and integration techniques. SAP ERP experience is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of SAP solutions, including experience with modules such as SAP FI/CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) etc is preferable.

• Experience in delivering web applications, web services , full tech stack implementations and similar technologies at different technology tier such as Microsoft Technologies etc.

• Can effectively evaluate technology selection, implementation, and integration

• At least high-level understanding of different database, middleware, microservices models, architectures and solutions.

• Professional certification such as PMP from PMI will be preferred;

• Proven knowledge in Agile/Lean and waterfall development methodologies and experienced in the implementation of classical and agile project management methodologies and frameworks (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban etc.) and software product development techniques (e.g. SDLC),

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

• Strong skills in business analysis and requirements gathering, analysis, and management. This includes identifying and documenting business needs, analyzing requirements, and ensuring that project deliverables meet these needs.

• Experience with technical documentation and reporting.

• Experienced in effectively applying scope management processes and techniques to ensure that all project work is defined, verified, and controlled. This includes working with stakeholders to establish clear project boundaries, managing scope changes, and ensuring that the project remains aligned with its objectives and deliverables.

• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.

• Fluent English both written and verbally,

• Ability to work business hours other than Turkey, if necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with advanced Excel and Power Point skills

• Stays up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation/conflict resolution skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.

• Strong customer focus and ability to manage client relationships effectively.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• High degree of professionalism and integrity.
