Sleed, an e-business digital marketing agency with 15 years of field experience, awarded for the 4th time as e-business and e-commerce agency of the year, 250+ industry awards, premier partnerships with Google & Meta, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join its Tech Department.
The Technical Project Manager manages a program of projects or even several projects that are usually related. Oversees a collection of projects, sub-portfolios and operations to achieve strategic objectives.
The primary responsibility of the Technical Project Manager is to be the person who has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a development / technology project.
The team develops all sorts of web applications, ecommerce platforms, websites, dashboards or even entire custom applications. The ideal Technical Project Manager has experience in handling web projects and knowledge (or experience) in e-commerce projects. He / She should be a bridge between the business requirements and the technical solution and also provides support to the customer but also to the development team handling issues with project requirements.
Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding their live eShops, ensuring ongoing support, performance, and evolution of their digital platforms.
Manage incoming requests and prioritize tasks such as bug fixes, improvements, and feature rollouts, balancing urgency, effort, and business impact.
Translate client needs into clear technical specifications, collaborating closely with developers to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.
Plan and oversee the delivery of new features and technical improvements, from estimation and scheduling to deployment and post-release checks.
Delegate tasks effectively based on the strengths and availability of team members while ensuring optimal use of resources.
Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Creative, Analytics, Digital Marketing) to ensure proposed solutions align with broader business goals.
Monitor project progress using tools like ClickUp, ensuring timelines, effort, and budgets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Provide clear and proactive communication to clients about task status, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
Ensure documentation is kept up to date, covering implemented features, known issues, and customizations per client.
Identify recurring pain points and propose scalable process or technical solutions to improve client experience and internal efficiency.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, ClickUp AI) to enhance productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and support decision-making in daily workflows.
Foster a cooperative team culture, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing across all levels of seniority.

At least 2 years of experience in similar role is required for the position or 4+ years of experience as a Web Developer
Proven experience in e-commerce platforms
Familiar with IT concepts and terminology, passionate about systems, technology, creative innovation, related to project planning
Strong organizational, project management, time management, leadership, and administrative skills, able to manage several projects at one time with ever-changing priorities
Proficient with project management software or methodology (agile, kanban)
Friendly, can-do attitude with a strong sense of initiative
Team player, who enjoys presenting in meetings or training clients or internal team members
Excellent written, verbal communication
Understanding of content management systems for websites
Understanding of eCommerce management systems
Ability to grasp new and changing technologies
Experience in working with Google’s web-based software and tools (e.g., spreadsheets, docs, slides)
Understanding of today’s technological landscapes (i.e., apps, websites, systems)
Ability to maneuver effortlessly through various digital communication channels to provide team members with prompt, courteous, and accurate information
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
AI-native — candidates should be comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, ClickUp AI, Notion AI) to streamline planning, documentation, communication, and problem-solving
