About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter ( Top of Funnel & Sourcing Ninja) to join Apollo.io’s Talent Acquisition team in Poland, focusing specifically on sourcing top technical talent across Poland in a contract basis. As a strategic sourcing expert, you will proactively identify, attract, and engage senior-level technical candidates, driving high-impact pipeline generation. Collaborating closely with recruiting partners and hiring managers, you will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to support Apollo.io’s continued growth and product innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing:

    • Own and drive top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for technical roles, developing innovative and targeted sourcing plans to attract passive candidates.

    • Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, professional networks, communities, events, and social media platforms to build robust talent pipelines.

  • Candidate Engagement:

    • Initiate and nurture meaningful relationships with passive technical talent, acting as their first introduction to Apollo.io.

    • Craft engaging and personalized outreach communications to secure interest and drive candidate conversions.

  • Market and Data Insights:

    • Provide actionable insights on industry trends, talent availability, market conditions, and competitor intelligence to shape recruiting strategy.

    • Maintain and analyze candidate data in Greenhouse and other sourcing tools, producing regular reports on pipeline health and sourcing metrics.

  • Partnership and Collaboration:

    • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and recruiting partners, aligning sourcing strategy to business priorities and talent needs.

    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in sourcing practices, ensuring diverse talent representation throughout candidate pipelines.

  • Process Optimization:

    • Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing processes, implementing best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, with demonstrated expertise sourcing senior-level engineering and technical talent, ideally within high-growth technology environments.

  • Proven ability to strategically source passive candidates and convert them into active applicants.

  • Expert proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse, and sourcing tools/platforms such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced Boolean search.

  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the software engineering market, particularly within Poland.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven, capable of managing multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote-friendly environment.
