As a Senior UX Writer reporting to the Localisation Project Manager in our Design team, your purpose will be to: Write accurate, clear, and concise product-related content to ensure the Booksy community understands the functionality and benefits of our solutions; Uphold and enhance our brand and copy guidelines, serving as the guardian of all product-related copy; Collaborate with different teams to create impactful language that guides users through product experiences.
Strong writing and editing skills;
Familiarity with information architecture principles;
Knowledge of user-centered design principles;
Experience with creating style guides and other content documentation;
Experience with content research and testing;
Proficiency in design tools, preferably Figma;
Ability to contribute to content design systems;
Understanding user needs and advocating for the user throughout the design and content creation process;
Ability to take ownership of the content creation process;
Adaptability to changing project requirements, user feedback, and evolving design processes;
Fluent in English
Deep experience of writing for a US audience within the tech product sector.
This is a fully remote position, we take pride in being a globally distributed team.
