Your role at Hostinger
We’re looking for an Off-site SEO Team Lead to elevate Hostinger’s organic visibility through innovative outreach and digital PR strategies. In this role, you’ll lead a team of outreach specialists and digital PR professionals, driving high-quality online mentions and strategic partnerships. You’ll continuously refine outreach processes and collaborate with external partners to ensure alignment with Hostinger’s global SEO goals. Your efforts will directly impact our search performance, website authority, and brand recognition across international markets.

Your day-to-day
- Lead and mentor a team of outreach and digital PR specialists to drive high-impact online mentions and authoritative brand placements.
- Design and execute scalable outreach campaigns that contribute to Hostinger’s SEO growth.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to ensure quality content placements and consistent alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of outreach initiatives, reporting on key metrics and identifying areas for optimization.
- Continuously refine, document, and automate workflows to boost operational efficiency and scale outreach efforts.
- Align outreach tactics with company-wide OKRs and SEO goals to drive measurable organic performance.
- Use data and performance insights to inform outreach decisions and enhance online visibility.
- Work closely with company communications team and cross-functional teams to elevate Hostinger’s brand recognition and authority across global markets.
Your skills and experience
- 2+ years of experience in SEO with a strong focus on outreach strategies, digital PR, and team leadership.
- In-depth understanding of offsite SEO principles and quality signals that influence search engine trust and visibility.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and experience managing relationships with external collaborators.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into strategic improvements.
- Organized, self-motivated, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit and a drive to work cross-functionally.
