MalOPlus™ Group Inc., is hiring a Social Media Specialist to manage and execute social media strategies, generate content, optimize profiles, and track ROI. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in marketing or communication, at least 5 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work remotely.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree preferably in the field of marketing or communication
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience within an online marketing agency or Social Paid Media job
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for advertising content and copy
Responsibilities
- Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research and platform determination, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, etc) that builds meaningful connections and encourages a high level of customer interaction
- Optimize & manage the company’s social media profiles and presence to increase the visibility of the company’s social content, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be relevant
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social network presence
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach and engage with the target audience
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI and SEO. Continuously seek improvement by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics
