Sleed, an e-business digital marketing agency with 15 years of field experience, awarded for the 4th time as e-business and e-commerce agency of the year, 250+ industry awards, premier partnerships with Google & Meta, is looking to fill a mid-level position for a Social Media Strategist.
We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist who can think big, plan smart, and lead with creativity and clarity. In this role, you’ll develop impactful social media strategies, collaborate with influencers and content creators, and lead a small team to deliver work that drives engagement, builds communities, and creates real value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy
- Develop tailored, data-driven social media strategies across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Define content pillars, tone of voice, posting rhythms, and growth plans for each client
- Partner with creative, paid, and client teams to align strategy with campaign and brand objectives
2. Influencer & Creator Collaborations
- Identify and brief relevant influencers and creators based on campaign and always-on needs
- Lead the strategic approach for creator content and co-branded activations
- Oversee execution, ensuring creator output aligns with brand goals and storytelling
3. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a small team of social media professionals
Set priorities, oversee content calendars and briefs, and ensure quality and consistency across deliverables
Provide feedback, encourage growth, and create a collaborative team culture
3-4 years of experience in social media strategy, ideally in an agency or fast-paced multi-brand environment
A proven track record of working with influencers/creators and managing content partnerships
Previous experience leading a team or mentoring junior team members
Deep understanding of how each platform works — from content formats to algorithm shifts
Strong organizational and communication skills — able to translate strategy into action
