Mission
Drive the organic growth of our Apparel brands by leading a holistic social media strategy that fuses creative content excellence, vibrant community building, and impactful influencer collaborations. Establish the brand as a reference in the apparel industry for how we combine compelling storytelling, authentic community engagement, and a data-driven approach to social media growth.
Objectives:
- Generate 20 social posts reaching 500,000+ views each, leveraging both organic content and influencer collaborations. 
- Achieve 8 High-Tier / Mid-Tier influencer partnerships delivered at a target CPM under $40 USD, ensuring cost-effective reach and engagement. 
- Increase engagement rate by 30% across main channels through strategic community building initiatives. 
- Leverage AI tools to streamline influencer brief creation, reducing the time spent by 50% compared to manual processes. 
General Accountabilities
General outcomes:
- Lead community-building efforts on social media, fostering an inclusive, engaged space aligned with brand values. 
- Develop and update community management playbooks to handle brand reputation proactively. 
- Conduct ongoing content research and benchmarking to guide creative planning and ensure relevance on social media for our Apparel brands. 
- Develop data-driven influencer briefs leveraging insights from their top-performing content to maximize viral potential. 
- Create compelling UGC briefs for social media creators based on our top-performing content and viral patterns from other brands, communities, and influencers. 
- Continuously scout strategic influencers, reviewing key metrics and making performance estimations to inform collaborations. 
- Maintain a constant lookout for trends to tap into and coordinate creators and campaigns to execute timely content around them. 
- Ensure all social content planning for our Apparel brandsβ main channels is grounded in data, maximizing reach and engagement. 
Specific accountabilities:
- Lead the creation of detailed and data-driven briefs, scripts, and storyboards for UGC creators, influencers, and in-house production. 
- Support with content research, social trend identification, and benchmarking. 
- Ensure influencer scouting aligns with brand strategy and goals. 
- Incentivize community engagement through proactive interactions and moderation, safeguarding and enhancing brand reputation in social media. 
- Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to optimize content ideation, copywriting, and brief generation. 
- Collaborate closely with Designers, Copywriters, and Video Editors to bring creative concepts to life effectively. 
- Participate in weekly tactical meetings to review data, solve blockers, and adjust plans. 
- Update KPIs and Asana projects weekly, ensuring all initiatives remain on track. 
Requirements
- Social Media Experience
+5 years in social media roles blending creative strategy, community management, and influencer marketing - mandatory
- Creativity
Highly creative, with a knack for viral trends, persuasive storytelling, and standout content ideas.
- Growth Hacking Mindset
Comfortable analyzing metrics, drawing insights, and pivoting strategies.
- English Writing and Reading Comprehension Skills
Advanced English writing & reading skills for scripts, captions, and community dialogue.

Deep knowledge of intimates and apparel audiences and social media ecosystems.
