Position title: Software Engineer, Fullstack Web
Location: US-Remote #LI-Remote
About the role
As a Software Engineer II on our web team, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining user-facing features on the ShopLTK.com platform, which serves millions of shoppers daily. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to bring new experiences to life and enhance existing ones. This is a great opportunity to grow your technical skills while contributing to high-impact projects in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to other areas of the LTK ecosystem, such as our Creator web platform, expanding your technical breadth and influence across the company.
How you will make an impact
- Collaborate with team members to design, build, test, and deploy high-quality web applications.
- Develop front-end features using React.js and modern JavaScript.
- Translate product requirements and design mockups into responsive, performant code.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with appropriate test coverage.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, supporting a smooth user experience.
- Continuously learn and apply modern development practices to improve team efficiency and product quality.
- Contribute to team discussions and take ownership of well-defined components or features.
What you will bring to LTK
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with React.js and front-end development tools and workflows.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and client-server architecture.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and basic testing practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to development.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
- A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency.
