Job Title: Solution Sales

Location: Remote within Costa Rica

The Opportunity

This role is responsible for leading and executing the sales process to engage suppliers and buyers in the food and agriculture industry to join Tridge’s platform (Tridge Eye and Tridge Sourcing Hub).

What we trust you to do

Identify, approach, and onboard potential suppliers and buyers in the food and agriculture industry to the Tridge platform (Tridge Eye and Tridge Sourcing Hub)Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with Tridge’s global commercial strategyDeliver consultative sales pitches based on a deep understanding of client needs and Tridge’s platform value propositionCollaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Market Intelligence, Operations, and Customer Success) to ensure successful onboarding and engagement of platform usersTrack and analyze sales performance and pipeline data using internal tools and CRM systemsActively contribute feedback to improve product-market fit and identify business opportunities based on client insights

What you need to succeed

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales
  • Native-level proficiency in local language and business-level English communication skills
  • Experience in or strong interest in the agri-food, platform, SaaS, or data/intelligence-driven services industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment

Great to Haves

  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Existing network or prior engagement with key players in the food and agriculture industry
